DL Digital Services provides digital services, website-related services, launch support, recurring website care, hosting guidance, digital setup support, and prelaunch review services. Launchsite Studios and ReadyForUsers are services operated by DL Digital Services.

Project Scope and Pricing

Project scope, timelines, deliverables, revisions, and pricing depend on the agreed project or plan. Work begins after the customer approves the scope and completes the required payment, deposit, or subscription setup.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, approvals, login access, brand materials, website access, and other materials needed to complete the work. Delays in providing required materials may affect project timelines.

Third-Party Platforms and Tools

DL Digital Services is not responsible for outages, limitations, price changes, policy changes, account restrictions, or issues caused by third-party platforms, hosting providers, domain registrars, plugins, payment processors, email providers, website builders, analytics tools, or other external services.

Payments, Refunds, and Cancellations

Payment terms, refund terms, and cancellation terms apply based on the service purchased, agreed scope, and billing arrangement. Customers should review the Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy before purchasing or starting a service.

Prelaunch Review Limitations

The Prelaunch Check / ReadyForUsers service is a practical website review. It is not a legal, security, compliance, accessibility, financial, or regulatory certification. Customers remain responsible for any legal, compliance, accessibility, industry, or regulatory requirements that apply to their business.
