Refund Policy

DL Digital Services provides custom digital services, website-related services, recurring website care, and prelaunch review services. Refund eligibility depends on the service, project stage, scope, and work completed.

Custom Digital Services

Many DL Digital Services projects are custom services created for a specific customer, business, website, or launch need. Some projects may require a deposit, upfront payment, or milestone payment before work begins.

Because custom digital work often begins with planning, review, setup, communication, design, configuration, or production time, work already completed, delivered, or started may not be fully refundable.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is reviewed based on the project stage, agreed scope, service type, payment terms, and amount of work completed. If a refund is approved, the amount may be partial when time, planning, design, setup, or other work has already been performed.

Monthly Website Care

Recurring website care or support payments cover access to ongoing support during the billing period. Already-paid billing periods may remain active through the end of the current period and may not be refundable once the service period has started.
