Cancellation Policy
DL Digital Services offers custom project work and recurring support services. Cancellation terms depend on the type of service and the stage of work.
Monthly Website Care and Support Plans
Monthly website care and support plans may be cancelled. Cancellation stops future billing after the cancellation is processed according to the plan terms.
Already-paid billing periods may remain active until the end of the current period. Access to included support or service may continue through that paid period unless otherwise agreed.
How to Cancel
Customers should contact DL Digital Services at contact@dldigitalservices.com to cancel or manage service. Please include your name, business name, account email, and the service you want to cancel.
Custom Project Work
Custom project work may have separate cancellation terms depending on the agreed scope, project stage, deliverables, and payment terms. Work that has already started, been delivered, or required reserved time may still be billable.
Service Access After Cancellation
When a recurring plan is cancelled, DL Digital Services will explain what happens to any ongoing support, connected services, or customer-managed tools. Customers remain responsible for maintaining access to their own domains, hosting accounts, email accounts, and third-party services.
